I am a working Mum with 16 and 12 year old children. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, to Diploma level 3, which also includes Sports Conditioning and Exercise Referral. I am also a qualified nutritional coach.
A majority of my clients train at my fully personal gym with all of the facilities you would normally see in corporate premises. I am also always happy to hold sessions in your preferred location and run 6 weekly boot camps, currently in Medway but watch this space for new locations coming soon!
I am a keen athlete, representing my club in both local and national competition. I have completed the London marathon on 5 occasions, with a personal best time of 3 hours 22 minutes. I have completed numerous half marathons with a best time of 1 hour 31 minutes.
I really enjoy being able to assist people in reaching their goals and seeing the benefits that clients gain from my guidance and tuition.
My job is my passion, seeing clients run their first 5k race, losing weight for a special event, receiving comments that clients feel better, have more energy, are sleeping better always makes me smile. It proves that my friendly but determined attitude gets the results that clients aim for.
